Collaboration

The Department of Design collaborates with national and international companies, universities, public organizations and NGOs. We aim at mutually rewarding joint projects and long-term partnerships that can materialize as products, communication and service concepts, process and method innovations, publications and as networking opportunities. The department allocates the incomes that it receives from the collaborative projects directly to research and education. With non-profit organizations the department can collaborate on a pro bono basis. Collaboration can be organized as bachelor’s or master’s thesis projects, client sponsored courses in bachelor’s or master’s level programmes, joint research projects, student and/or faculty exchange or as jointly organized design competitions.
