Exhibition: Ripple Effect
Ripple Effect is an interactive installation that changes based on the input of the participants.
The installation shows the slow-motion movements of ripples within water. With the help of a hi-speed camera, we are able to slow down the process so that the eye can see clearly how a water drop creates a spectacular performance before creating ripple effects. It dives underneath the surface, then jumps onto the surface until it is ready to mingle and spread in the waves. There might be similarities between the motions of the drops and the creation of ideas: both have highs, lows and challenges, but some big ideas can spread and turn into something bigger.
